With coffee and tea, the water temperature is crucial for the taste. With the LUCCA hand-brewed kettle from cilio, you can prepare your favorite drink to perfection. You can choose between six preset temperatures, from 70-100 °C. Filter coffee should not be prepared with boiling water, as the essential oils and aromatic substances do not tolerate temperatures that are too high. Around 95 °C is ideal. It is also worth taking a look at the water temperature with tea. Fruit, herbal and black tea develop their aroma best in boiling water. For green or white tea, however, the limit is 70 °C. Once you have made your choice, the rest is very easy. The gooseneck makes precise brewing easier, and the automatic switch-off function provides safety. Practical: the water is kept warm for up to 30 minutes.
